The beginning was easy, but the middle became a bit confusing. It all caught up at the end but it has taken me 4 months or more to complete this book. It just didn't grab my attention. Luckily my library has the book on CD so maybe I can fill in the b|About the Author|Charles Dickens (1821-1870) used his fiction to criticize the injustices of his time, especially the brutal treatment of the poor.
