It is a memoir and at parts it is definitely a comedic memoir; I laughed out loud a lot, which is rare for me. But at other parts it is very intensely sad and emotional and sentimental, and I actually cried once or twice. The book is based around notes, letters, and journal entries from Pamela's teenag|From Booklist|Television writer Ribon, also the author of several novels, including Why Girls Are Weird (2003), bares her teenage soul in this hilariously endearing memoir, which chronicles her youthful passions.
